- Program Enrollment: A $300 one-time, non-refundable fee required for all new member admissions.
- Monthly Occupancy: A recurring monthly fee that covers your personal occupied space and shared community amenities.
- Late Payment: An additional administrative charge applied when program fees are not received by the established deadline.
All occupancy payments are processed through our secure encryption system, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind. These contributions directly support your occupancy, essential utilities, and the upkeep of shared communal spaces within our Helping Hands independent living community.
